From first measure to settled kit
Our process is linear and short: measure the apartment, choose modules, confirm power, then coordinate install. We stay in Hamburg so site visits are same-week for most Altona and city-centre addresses.
Tape, photo, and outlet census
On the first visit we record wall lengths, window sill heights, radiator positions, and every outlet that could feed the workspace. Stair widths and lift cabin sizes go on the same sheet so furniture orders do not fail on delivery day.
You leave with a sketched kit diagram — the same visual language as the index page — showing which modules fit the room.
Picking parts against the diagram
We match desk, nook, storage, and cable parts from the catalogues on each service page. If two parts fight for the same wall, we cut one rather than shrink both until neither works.
Quotes list EUR day rates for planning time plus a separate line for millwork or electrician partners when those trades are needed.
Power and landlord checks
Before orders go out we confirm which circuits will carry the load and whether the landlord allows surface raceways or only freestanding furniture. Speicherstadt loft leases sometimes restrict wall fixings; we switch to freestanding modules when that clause appears.
You receive a one-page confirmation with module IDs, dimensions, and the install week target.
Site day and handover
Install day clears paths, places modules, and labels cable ends. We walk the room once with you, test every dock seat, and leave a spare grommet kit for future screens.
- Protect parquet and measure again against the confirmation sheet.
- Set desks and storage, then run cable modules last.
- Handover photo set and load sheet for your records.
Adjustments after the first work week
After you work in the room for a week, we offer a short follow-up visit if a chair path or lamp angle needs a tweak. That visit is billed at the half-day planner rate on pricing.html unless it falls inside a full project fee already agreed.
