Day rates in EUR for Hamburg site work

Rates below cover planning labour only. Furniture, millwork, and electrician invoices are separate. Travel inside Hamburg is included; destinations beyond Bergedorf or Wedel may add a modest travel line.

Role rates — half-day and full-day

Half-day is up to four hours on site or in studio. Full-day is up to eight hours including travel within the city.

When a package beats day rates

A single-room desk plus cable plan usually stays on day rates. Whole-apartment kits (desk, nook, storage, power) are often cheaper as a fixed package from €1,850 for a one-bedroom Altona flat, rising with room count.

Packages include two site visits and one follow-up; extra visits bill at the planner half-day rate.

Invoices and booking holds

We invoice in EUR with German VAT where applicable. A 30% hold secures a measure date; the balance is due before install coordination begins.

What day rates never include

Day rates do not cover purchasing furniture on your behalf, building permits, or structural work. If a column needs cladding or a wall needs chasing, we introduce a partner and keep that contract between you and them.

Evening appointments after 18:00 carry a €90 surcharge when traffic around Jungfernstieg makes same-day return unlikely.
